Founded in 2008 by Jincheng Holdings Group, Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School is located in the Future Science and Technology City of Hangzhou—a hub for global talent and innovation. Our campus is close to leading institutions such as Alibaba Headquarters, placing us at the heart of technological progress.

The school offers a 12-year education system. The junior school and high school campus covers 60,000 square metres and includes three academic divisions: junior high school, senior high school domestic track, and senior high school international track. We have six grades, 48 classes, and more than 1,300 students.

Our 200 teachers come from China and over abroad. Over 70% of our faculty hold master's or doctoral degrees, 50% have overseas study experience, and 35% have received academic honours at district level or higher.

Awarded the title of "Zhejiang Province Junior High School Classroom Teaching Reform Alliance School" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education Research Office.
2014
Partnership with Goethe-Institute PASCH
2015
Recognized as a member of "One-thousand Overseas Partner Schools" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education International Exchange Association.
2016
Designated as one of the first demonstration schools for education internationalization and a pilot school for the first batch of special projects on international understanding education in Hangzhou by the Hangzhou Municipal Education Bureau.
2017
Honored as one of the first "Famous Schools in Yuhang" by the Yuhang District Committee and Government.
2019
Became a talent base in the University of New South Wales Torch Innovation Park.
2020
Recognized as an "Advanced Collective in Economic and Cultural Security Work in Yuhang District" by the Yuhang Branch of the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau.
2021
Acknowledged as a "New Era Sports and Aesthetic Education Base School" by the China National Institute of Education Sciences.

Designated as a "STEAM Project Learning Seed School in Yuhang District" by the Yuhang District Education Development Research Institute.
2022
Honored as an "Experimental School for the Reform of Compulsory Education in Zhejiang Province" by the Yuhang District Education Bureau.
2023
Recognized as a "Yuhang Model Campus" by the Yuhang District Education Bureau. In 2022, awarded the title of "Green School" by the Hangzhou Municipal Education Bureau and Ecology Bureau.
